Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Client Relationship Manager works as an active member of the on-site sales team. This role is not digital or back-office marketing. The executive directly engages with customers at the project site and supports plot sales using buyer psychology, marketing thinking, and ground-level customer understanding.
ROLE OBJECTIVE
To support and drive on-site plot sales by engaging customers directly at the site, understanding buyer psychology and intent, and assisting the sales team in converting prospects into bookings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Engage walk-in customers and inbound site-visit prospects
• Assess buyer intent, budget comfort, and decision readiness
• Support sales consultants during plot explanation and site walkthroughs
• Reinforce key value points in a simple, confidence-building manner
• Assist in follow-ups and closure activities
• Collect and share buyer objections, concerns, and feedback
LANGUAGE & COMMUNICATION
• Kannada – Mandatory
• Telugu & English – Preferred
• Clear, polite, and persuasive communication style
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• Strong interest in customer psychology and buying behavior
• High emotional intelligence (EQ)
• Good listening and observation skills
• Comfort working in a sales-driven environment
• Ethical, trust-first selling approach
