ROLE OVERVIEW
This is not a digital marketing or content internship. The Marketing Manager Intern acts as a thinking layer between Tele Lead Nurturing Interns, Field Marketing Executives, and the Sales Closure process. The role combines buyer psychology, market analysis, reporting, and ground sales enablement to support closures.
ROLE OBJECTIVE
To improve plot closures and buyer readiness by analysing market and buyer data, identifying gaps in tele and site processes, applying buyer psychology to real sales situations, and supporting leadership with insights and reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support on-site sales during high-value and delayed buyer cases
• Ensure buyers reaching closure stage are psychologically and logically ready
• Review tele team call notes, lead stages, and readiness indicators
• Guide tele interns to focus on nurturing, not rushing
• Analyse buyer behaviour, objections, and price sensitivity
• Track competitor projects, pricing, and buyer comparisons
• Prepare reports on lead flow quality, conversion gaps, and closure blockers
• Apply buyer psychology to improve conversations and handovers
• Act as a culture and values carrier on ground
MANDATORY SKILLS
• Excellent English fluency (spoken & written)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• High emotional intelligence (EQ)
• Ability to influence teams through clarity and logic
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Kannada / Telugu knowledge
• Interest in sales leadership, real estate, or business strategy
