Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production / assembly / dispatch activities.
• Allocate work to employees and monitor performance.
• Ensure production targets are completed on time.
• Maintain quality standards of products.
• Monitor worker attendance and discipline.
• Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed.
• Coordinate with management regarding daily operations.
• Maintain production reports and records.
• Handle minor issues and escalate major concerns to management.

Required Skills

• Basic leadership and team handling skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or production process.
• Good communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / reporting).

Qualification & Experience

• 10th / 12th / Diploma (Preferred).
• 1–3 years experience in manufacturing / production supervision.
