Job Description

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube to generate qualified leads

• Manage daily ad budgets, A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve cost per lead (CPL)

• Set up Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking for all campaigns

• Create and manage retargeting campaigns for website visitors and demo drop-offs


SEO & Organic Growth:

• Optimize wappconnect.com for on-page SEO — meta tags, keywords, page speed, schema markup

• Research and target keywords

• Build quality backlinks through guest posts, directory listings, and partnerships

• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and domain authority using SEMrush / Ahrefs / Google Search Console


Content Marketing:

• Write blog posts, case studies, and landing page content

• Create product explainer videos, reels, and carousel posts for social media

• Develop lead magnets — ebooks, guides, comparison sheets (e.g., 'WhatsApp API vs WhatsApp Business App')

• Write email sequences for lead nurturing and onboarding drip campaigns


Social Media Marketing:

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X accounts

• Post regularly — product updates, client testimonials, tips, industry news, and promotional content

• Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and grow community

• Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, offers, and events

• Demonstrate product capabilities through real marketing use cases


Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and report weekly/monthly KPIs — leads generated, CPL, website traffic, conversion rates, social media growth

• Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads dashboard for performance analysis

• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing ROI

• Maintain marketing spend tracker and campaign performance sheet
