Quality Inspector

+You are deputed as an Inspector at customer end

+Your job will be to carry out Quality Inspection of parts and vehicles using quality tools used in Automotive Industry

+You have experience of working in Quality department in Automotive industry

Job Responsibilities:

+Sorting and rework of parts

+Knowledge of drawing reading, using measurement tools such as Vernier caliper, Micrometer Screw gauge is essential

+Experience in doing basic rework of parts such as rust removal, de-burring, basic paint rework etc.

+Knowledge of typical defects observed in different commodities such as casting, Forging, machining, Plastic molding, sheet metal etc. (as applicable for the particular project)

+Reporting the work done on daily basis to Supervisor

+Inspection of vehicle exterior, interior based on provided inspection criteria (as applicable for particular project)
