Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Growth Manager to drive the strategic growth and performance of our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should bring strong expertise in handling large-scale projects (including corporate events and conferences), sales forecasting, business reporting, and team development. This role requires a proven track record in hospitality with the ability to enhance revenue, streamline operations, and ensure consistent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage MICE projects (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and corporate events for the restaurant.
• Prepare and analyze restaurant sales and purchase reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement sales forecasts to optimize revenue and resources.
• Train, mentor, and guide the restaurant team to maintain service standards and improve performance.
• Collaborate with management to design and execute growth strategies for restaurant operations.
• Monitor expenses, reduce wastage, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Maintain strong guest relations and resolve issues with a problem-solving approach.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards across all departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality management.
• Strong background in sales forecasting, reporting, and event management.
• Hands-on experience in managing MICE or large-scale hospitality projects.
• Excellent leadership, training, and team management skills.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze reports and drive profitability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and restaurant management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preference for candidates from Himachal Pradesh with local market understanding.
