Job Description
Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for handling and converting digital leads, managing CRM systems, executing digital marketing campaigns, and building dealer/distributor networks for Shubh Polymers' products.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital lead management, B2B sales development, and digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Conversion
Manage and respond to leads generated from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Qualify and convert digital enquiries into confirmed business opportunities.
Maintain quick response time and regular follow-ups with prospects.
Track and update all enquiries in the CRM system.
2. B2B Sales Development
Identify new B2B customers and generate business opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and industrial clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Digital Marketing Coordination
Coordinate with marketing teams to improve lead generation campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements for better conversions.
Analyze lead sources and optimize sales strategies accordingly.
4. CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead status and sales performance.
Ensure proper pipeline management and lead tracking.
Required Skills
