Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense vouchers.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal departments for approvals, payments, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents for audit purposes.
  • Support auditors during internal and statutory audits.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
  • Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in accounting/finance (freshers with strong knowledge can apply).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP/QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the finance domain.
