We are looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Service Representative who will be a part of a fast paced, diverse work environment where you take ownership of your work while collaborating closely with internal and external customers. In this job you will work with customer based India while working with an internal team spread across the globe. This is a complex job that requires excellent communication and organization skills. Your primary responsibility will be creating sales quotes/booking Trade orders in SAP ECC/ liaison with internal teams to answer customer queries, you will be expected to take appropriate ownership to resolve issues throughout the quote to cash cycle. A clear set of priorities and expectations for the job and the company provide a framework for you to innovate new ways of meeting customer needs.

May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typically, minimum of 5-6 years relevant experience for entry to this level.

Job Details

1. Responsible for Order management activities including order booking. Be part of Agilent's sales and support Quote to cash cycle

2. Responsible for communicating with customers, sales and/or internal stakeholders

3. Sound mindset with logical reasoning and adhering to compliance and guidelines
4. Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job

5. Respond to and /or provide assistance to internal customers in areas such as product order fulfillment processes, quote generation, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections

5. Knowledge of India Logistics, Local Tax structure, Customs rules would be an added advantage

Desired Behavioral and Technical Skills

1. As and ICA Master for India Instrument individual need to Liaison with Customer, Channel Partner & all Internal Partners (Sales, C&C, Global Trade, Tax, CSO, GSCC) to ensure all information is available to warranty accurate booking of orders and revenue in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
2. Complete knowledge of the India Logistics - with a thorough knowledge of India Local Tax structure, customs rules, reviewing of Tender Documents.
3. Participation in Global as well as Local Projects.

4. Supports the Team as Subject Matter expert – with adequate floor support and Training to be delivered along with core job.

5. Sharing and maintaining trackers with regular publishing of Key metrics dashboard.

6. Handling process escalations with RCA/CAPA

7. Identify process gaps and Conduct knowledge/calibration sessions.

8. Driving COPC and ISO requirements

9. Generate continuous process improvement ideas
