Customer Support Executive

*Urgent Requirement for ORT Engineer*     

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients professionally via calls, emails, and in-person interactions

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions/support

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services

• Handle client queries and resolve issues efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: BA / BBA / BSc (Freshers only)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)

• Good interpersonal and presentation skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Willingness to work 6 days a week
