Key Responsibilities

• Review & validate BOM (Bill of Materials)
• Manage ECN/PCN with impact analysis
• Conduct feasibility studies & risk analysis with customers/design teams
• Identify & arrange tools/fixtures and validate them
• Set up & optimize new product lines
• Prepare PFC, Work Instructions & PFMEA
• Perform cycle time calculation & line balancing
• Ensure First Article Reports (FAR) and customer approvals
• Identify CTQ/CTP parameters using golden samples
• Handle multiple product introductions simultaneously
• Train operators & ensure process adherence
• Strong customer handling & presentation skills

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in BOM validation
• Knowledge of DFM & Gerber validation
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong multitasking & problem-solving skills
• Proactive, with a can-do attitude

• Experience : 3 to 8 years
• Qualification: B.Tech – Electronics & Communication
• Preferred Industry: Electronics Manufacturing
