Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining systems such as Computer Hardware, Networks, CCTV, Wi-Fi Access Points, Intercoms, Access Control Systems, Biometric devices, Printers, Sound Systems, PA systems, and Fire Alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities Installation & Setup

 Install and configure devices including CCTV Cameras, Wi-Fi APs, Fire Detectors, Speakers, AV equipment, and Network Racks.

System Monitoring & Maintenance

 Monitor system performance to ensure smooth operation.

 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

 Upgrade and optimize equipment and system configurations.

Documentation & Reporting

 Maintain Reports of installations, maintenance, and issues, system performance and improvement recommendations.

Client Support

 Train clients/end-users on system operation.

 Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

Qualifications

10+2 or Equivalent

Soft Skills

 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

 Good communication and customer service skills
