Hand Moulder/FRP

Carry out hand lay-up moulding for FRP panels as per drawings and specifications

Prepare moulds by cleaning, applying release agents, and setting up reinforcements

Cut, place, and align glass fiber mats (CSM, WR, etc.) in moulds

Mix resin, catalyst, accelerator, and fillers in correct proportions

Apply resin uniformly and remove air bubbles using rollers and hand tools

Ensure proper curing and demoulding of FRP panels

Trim, finish, and inspect panels for surface finish and defects

Identify and rectify minor defects such as air pockets, uneven thickness, or cracks

Follow SOPs, quality standards, and production schedules

Maintain housekeeping and 5S in the work area

Use PPE and strictly follow safety and EHS guidelines

Report material consumption, defects, and production output to supervisor
