HR Executive

Location: Delhi NCR (with regular travel to Manesar)

Industry: Cloud Kitchen / Central Kitchen / QSR / Food Processing


Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for the NCR region, covering both cloud kitchen outlets and the central kitchen based in Manesar. The role will primarily focus on employee lifecycle management, with key responsibility areas across recruitment, grievance management, and payroll coordination.


Key Result Areas (KRAs)


1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Handle end-to-end recruitment for frontline, kitchen staff, and corporate roles across NCR.

Coordinate with business stakeholders for manpower planning and hiring requirements.

Manage sourcing through job portals, referrals, consultants, and local hiring drives.

Ensure smooth joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding for new hires.

Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.


2. Grievance Management & Employee Relations

Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances across outlets and central kitchen.

Address and resolve employee concerns related to attendance, discipline, behavior and workplace issues.

Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure HR presence and engagement.


3. Payroll & HR OperationsCoordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives, and deductions.

Ensure accuracy of employee data in HRMS/payroll systems

Support compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, minimum wages, etc.


Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management

Ability to handle shop-floor workforce and frontline staff

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment

Willingness to travel to outlets and Manesar central kitchen


Educational Qualification

Graduate (UG) – Mandatory

Postgraduate in HR or related field – Preferred


Experience

2–6 years of experience in HR operations / generalist role

Industry experience in Food Processing, Cloud Kitchen, or QSR brands is a strong plus


Language & Mobility Requirements

Fluency in both English and Hindi – Mandatory
