We had humble beginnings - we spread awareness about eye care, we took orders for eyeglasses online and shipped them to customers from a warehouse that was the size of a modern-day conference room.

In 2022, Lenskart partnered with Owndays and took a majority stake in the Japanese-owned eyewear player that has a deep presence in Asia. With this partnership, we have added an additional 400 stores and extended our reach to 13 countries.

Requirements

Review and updating of line capacity planning w.r.t. existing requirements from Category / Business Leads

 Import material planning specially from China

 MIS for management review

 P&L-Sales/RMC/MP Cost/Transportation cost

 Production and material planning & their control

 Daily review of delivery and material shortage, if any

 Calculating OEE & Productivity.

 Coordination about Improvement projects and cost saving activities

 Coordination and Updating of monthly and annual forecast & their monitoring

 Inventory control and cost saving analysis as per format

 Manage Non-Moving Item and Slow –Moving Items

 Developing Production Plan and Actual

 Export Material Planning & Monitoring

 Planning /Customer Relationship Management

 Working Knowledge of Microsoft D365

 Reconciliation RM/BOP
