Position OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. Due to increasing order volumes, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical operations, maintaining machinery, and ensuring our production targets are met with precision and safety.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor technical machinery to ensure smooth production flow.
• Specialized Handling: Operate and maintain tea bag filling machines (highly preferred).
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize machine downtime.
• Quality Control: Ensure all outputs meet company quality standards and production specifications.
• Cross-Functional Support: Assist with other factory tasks such as packaging, labeling, and inventory handling as required by the production schedule.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Qualifications & SkillsEducation: A degree or diploma in ITI is strongly preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in machinery operation and maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Specific experience with tea bag filling or food/supplement packaging machinery is a major plus.
• Attributes: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the flexibility to assist in various departments (e.g., packaging) as needed.
