Manager - Process & Industrial Engineering

Key Roles & Responsibilities.

• An exceptional leader with a blend of Process Engineering & Industrial Engineering skills
• Hands-on experience in Process Design and development of assembly lines.
• Hands-on experience in core process technologies such as Leak Testing, Flow Testing, Interference assemblies, Resistance welding, Tig/Mig welding, torquing applications, Riveting processes, etc.
• Knowledge of Torquing strategies in DC tools and press fit monitoring strategies in any PFMS system.
• Hands-on experience creating equipment development standards for lean assembly lines with complete data traceability.
• Hands-on experience driving lean culture through TPM, TQM, VSM, Kanban, Kaizen blitz, and other lean strategies.
• Responsible for achieving PQCDSM targets of the plant.
• Develop manufacturing strategies aligning with the business needs.
• Hands-on experience in Process costing and Capex planning.
• Capacity analysis of various assembly lines and contingency planning.
• Practical knowledge/Hands-on experience in problem-solving techniques i.e., Six Sigma, Shainin Red X.
• Good knowledge of the APQP development process.
• Lead the change to implement best practices and deployment of manufacturing standards by collaborating with global manufacturing experts.
