Job Description

Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Order Processing Executive to manage and fulfill orders across multiple online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopsy, Shopify, JioMart, Snapdeal, and Myntra. The ideal candidate will ensure timely order processing, accurate shipment tracking, and excellent customer satisfaction. This role is based in Gurugram, Haryana (Hybrid: 3 days office).

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management

  • Process daily orders from all e-commerce platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopsy, Shopify, JioMart, Snapdeal, and Myntra
  • Verify order accuracy, pricing, and customer details before confirmation
  • Generate packing slips and shipping labels for each order
  • Coordinate with warehouse team for timely order pickup and dispatch

Shipment & Tracking

  • Upload tracking numbers and shipping updates to all seller portals
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delivery issues
  • Handle RTO (Return to Origin) orders and coordinate with logistics partners
  • Update order status in real-time across all platforms

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer queries regarding order status, delivery, and returns
  • Process return/refund requests and coordinate with customer support team
  • Resolve order-related complaints and escalations professionally

Inventory & Reporting

  • Monitor stock levels and alert team about low inventory items
  • Prepare daily/weekly order processing reports for management
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and returns in Excel/ERP
  • Identify and fix duplicate orders or data inconsistencies

Platform Compliance

  • Ensure all orders meet marketplace policies and shipping SLAs
  • Maintain high order defect rate (ODR) metrics across all platforms
  • Handle seller account issues and appeal order-related suspensions

Required QualificationsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce order processing or operations
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, Shopsy, Shopify, JioMart, Snapdeal, and Myntra seller portals

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data filtering)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, Tally, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of logistics and shipment tracking systems
  • Ability to manage multiple seller dashboards simultaneously

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle high order volume
  • Good communication skills (English + Hindi)
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Preferred QualificationsExperience with perfume, cosmetics, or fashion product categories
  • Knowledge of shipping partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, Shadowfax)
  • Familiarity with inventory management software
  • Previous experience in multi-channel e-commerce operations
  • Working ConditionsLocation: Manesar, Haryana
  • Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM (rotational weekends during festival seasons)
  • Physical Requirements: Extended screen time (6-8 hours), multi-tasking across 8+ seller portals
  • Peak Seasons: May require overtime during Amazon Great Indian Festival, Flipkart Big Billion Days, and festive seasons
