Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Order Management.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, price lists, and tenders for electrical and electronic products.

• Process customer purchase orders and coordinate timely delivery with suppliers and logistics partners.

• Track order status, delivery schedules, and invoicing.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and on-time dispatch.


Vendor & Supplier Coordination:

• Liaise with local and international suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and product updates.

• Support negotiation of commercial terms under guidance of the Sales Manager.

• Maintain updated supplier and product databases.

• Customer Support & Relationship Management.

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding order status, documentation, and after-sales coordination.

• Resolve customer complaints related to deliveries, pricing, or product issues.

• Support key accounts and project-based customers (contractors, OEMs, system integrators).


Sales Reporting & Administration:

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and margin analysis.

• Support credit control and follow-up on payments in coordination with finance.

• Prepare quotations and proposals.

• Process orders in ERP/CRM systems/ SAP (S4 Hana).

• Maintain customer data and communication.

• Coordinate with Supply Chain for delivery timelines.

• Interface with Production for product availability and customization.


Cross-Functional Interfaces:

• Sales Team

Relationship: Direct support for pre-sales and post-sales activities.

• Supply Chain Management

Relationship: Coordination for inventory, delivery schedules, and logistics.

• Production / Manufacturing

Relationship: For product availability, customization, and lead times.

• Finance / Billing

Relationship: For invoicing and payment follow-ups.
