Warehouse Executive

Sangrila Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., a premier online perfume retailer in India, is looking for an Ecommerce Warehouse Executive to oversee our distribution operations. We are looking for a responsible Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations including inventory handling, order processing, and dispatch coordination. The candidate should ensure accurate stock management and timely order fulfillment.

Ecommerce Warehouse Key Responsibilities :

• Receive, check, and store incoming goods properly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment dispatch.
• Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation.
• Update stock details in inventory management systems / Excel.
• Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Familiarity with Excel / warehouse software is preferred.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move packages when required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification:

1. Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
2. Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management is a plus.
