📢 We’re Hiring – HR Recruiters (IT & Non-IT)

📍 Location: Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh

🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office (Mandatory)

⏰ Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

🔍 Job Role: HR Recruiter – IT & Non-IT (BPO / Bulk Hiring)

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT & BPO roles
• Handling bulk hiring requirements
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
• Conducting initial screening and coordinating interview schedules
• Maintaining the candidate database and follow-ups till joining
• Achieving hiring targets within defined timelines

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment is preferred
• Strong knowledge of bulk hiring/BPO hiring
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Internship experience in recruitment will be an added advantage
