Location: Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh

Work Mode: Work From Office

Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

🔍 Job Role: HR Recruiter – BPO / Bulk Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for BPO / Non-IT roles
• Handling bulk hiring requirements
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
• Conducting initial screening and coordinating interview schedules
• Maintaining candidate data and follow-ups till joining
• Achieving hiring targets within defined timelines

Required Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience or strong knowledge in BPO hiring & bulk recruitment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Result-oriented and target-driven approach

Who Can Apply:
