We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Broadband Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our broadband services, and generating leads to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our broadband services and packages.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer queries, and provide information about our services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, setting appointments for the sales team when necessary.
• Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Market Research: Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to improve service offerings and identify new sales opportunities.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
