Job Description: We are looking for an experienced BIM Architecture Modeler with 4+ years of hands-on experience and strong exposure to GCC projects. The ideal candidate should be skilled in developing detailed architectural BIM models and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Revit in line with project standards
• Work on GCC projects and comply with relevant regional codes and practices
• Prepare models from concept to construction level (LOD 300–500)
• Generate architectural drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM models
• Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and model reviews
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of BIM outputs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• 4+ years of experience as a BIM Architecture Modeler
• Mandatory experience working on GCC projects
• Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture
• Good knowledge of LOD standards, BIM execution plans, and workflows
• Experience in CAD to BIM conversion
• Familiarity with clash detection tools (Navisworks preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Preferred SkillsExperience with international codes and standards
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently
• Knowledge of BIM collaboration platforms
