BIM Electrical Modeler

We are seeking an experienced BIM Electrical Modeler with 3+ years of hands-on experience, capable of delivering high-detail models at LOD 400 and LOD 500 for project execution and as-built stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM electrical models in Revit at LOD 400 & LOD 500
• Prepare detailed electrical systems including lighting, power, earthing, and ELV systems
• Produce fabrication-level and as-built drawings, schedules, and BOQs
• Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams to resolve clashes
• Perform model audits to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards

Requirements:

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a BIM Electrical Modeler
• Proven experience working on LOD 400 & LOD 500 models
• Strong proficiency in Revit (Electrical) and AutoCAD
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection
• Understanding of project codes, standards, and site coordination

Added Advantage:

• Experience in GCC or international projects
• Exposure to site coordination and as-built documentation
