HR Executive

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates through job portals and references.

• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.

• Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain candidate records.

• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.

2. HR Administration

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.

• Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.

• Prepare HR-related reports (attendance, attrition, headcount, etc.).

• Maintain personnel files and ensure document compliance.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

• Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and communication.

• Assist in disciplinary procedures as per company policies.

5. Compliance & Policy Implementation

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).

• Support audits and statutory inspections.

• Implement and communicate company HR policies and procedures.
