Job Description
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of gold, diamond, platinum, and other jewellery collections.
- Handle billing, payments, and basic documentation accurately.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong selling and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery products and market trends.
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and CRM systems.
- Teamwork and adaptability.
