Telecalling Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a hardworking and prompt Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with students and parents, informing them about admission opportunities, and guiding them through the admission process. The candidate should be energetic, persuasive, and target-driven with the ability to handle a high volume of calls.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make a high number of outbound calls to students and parents daily.
• Counsel and convince students regarding admission to various courses.
• Clearly explain admission procedures, eligibility, and benefits of courses.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Provide accurate and timely information to students.
• Report work status to the management on a daily basis.

• Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
• Ability to work hard, stay prompt, and handle continuous calls.
• Prior telecalling/telemarketing/education counselling experience preferred (not mandatory).
• Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets).
