Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Somayaji Estates is a well established construction and real estate company with over 40 years of experience and more than 80 successfully completed residential and commercial projects across Mangalore, Bangalore, Mysore and Hubli.As our operations continue to grow, we are looking to hire multiple reliable Accountant cum Office Assistants to support our office and accounting functions.

The role involves handling day to day accounting activities along with general office administration. Responsibilities include maintaining accounts, reviewing basic accounting records, tracking payments and expenses, coordinating with auditors and vendors, and ensuring all documentation and follow ups are completed on time. The position also requires close coordination with site teams and management to support smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day to day accounts and bookkeeping

• Review and track payments, expenses, and records

• Assist with GST, billing, and basic compliance

• Handle office administration and documentation

• Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and management
