Job Description
- Revenue Generation: Contribute to branch Admission
- Lead Conversion: Convert qualified leads into successful admissions through calls, emails, and in-person counseling.
- Information Management: Update and maintain student information in the CRM for lead management and follow-ups.
- Fee Management: Ensure timely collection of outstanding fees from parents.
- Customer Experience: Manage the end-to-end student journey, addressing concerns promptly and building rapport with parents.
