Roles & Responsibilities – Cluster Manager (Logistics)

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations across multiple hubs within the assigned cluster
• Ensure achievement of service levels (SLA, TAT, productivity, quality, and cost KPIs)
• Lead and supervise Hub In-Charges and operational teams across locations
• Drive process standardization and SOP compliance across all hubs
• Monitor inbound, outbound, line-haul, and last-mile operations (as applicable)
• Plan and optimize manpower, fleet, and capacity utilization
• Track and analyze MIS and operational data to identify gaps and implement corrective actions
• Manage escalations, exceptions, losses, and damages within defined timelines
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and cross-functional teams for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and statutory requirements
• Conduct regular hub audits and performance reviews
• Drive cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives
• Support implementation of new processes, systems, and network expansion
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly cluster performance reports
• Maintain high standards of customer experience and service quality
