Job Description
- Loan Achievement: Driving revenue growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans and LAP.
- Team Leadership: Leading, training, and motivating a team of sales executives to improve productivity.
- Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities through direct sales, developers, channel partners, and real estate agents.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high-level satisfaction.
- Operations & Compliance: Managing day-to-day branch activities, ensuring smooth loan processing, and adhering to credit guidelines.
- Collection Management: Reducing delinquency and managing early due accounts (EDA).
