Business Development Manager (BDM) - B2B Sales

Job Description 

We’re hiring a Placements Manager(or HR Staffing Lead)-B2B sales to handle MicroDegree’s student placements - freshers to 10+ years experienced professionals.

Role involves:

• Building and managing client relationships (mainly tech companies and staffing vendors)
• Handling end-to-end placement operations
• Leading a small internal team (3–5 recruiters)
• Using tools like LinkedIn, Excel/CRM to manage data and reporting

We are looking for Team Lead or Manager for placements!. 

Salary: Upto 6 LPA + Incentives 

Qualifications: Any Graduate/Post Graduate 

Language: Kannada & English 

Mode: Work from office, Day Shift 

Preferred: B2B sales Experienced with Team Leader

Location : Mangalore 

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication in English, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and candidates alike.
• Proven track record of successful placements, with a deep understanding of multiple industries and positions.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Preferred Skills, In-depth knowledge of contemporary recruitment trends and practices to attract top tier talent.
