Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team in Mangalore. The role involves on-site execution, coordination, and daily follow-ups to ensure work is completed on time and as per plan.

You will coordinate with contractors, consultants, PMC teams, and suppliers across active residential, commercial, and large-scale projects. We value practical thinking, ownership, and consistency more than academic background.

Compensation & Growth:

Salary will vary based on experience, starting from ₹30,000 per month and can go up to ₹1,00,000 per month.

Performance-based incentives and bonuses will be reviewed within 50 days of joining and can be increased rapidly for engineers who perform well and take responsibility on site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of site experience
• Strong site execution and coordination skills
• Ability to manage timelines and follow-ups
• Must be based in Mangalore or willing to relocate immediately on your expenses.
