**Qualifications:**

- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.

- Age between 18 to 40 years.

- Good communication skills

- Ability to handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Handle inbound/outbound calls, Emails professionally and provide information

- Identify customer needs, clarify information

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.

- Starting salary of INR 16,000 per month.
