Your Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
• Manage sales performance, drive revenue growth, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Lead, train, and supervise store staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and motivation.
• Ensure optimal inventory management, including stock availability, shrinkage control, and replenishment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
• Prepare sales reports, manage expenses, and coordinate with regional/area managers for store performance reviews.

If you have:

• A high school diploma; a bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 2 years in a retail (Supermarket/ Grocery) is preferrable, ideally in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with knowledge of business management processes.
• Ability to analyze market data and implement effective strategies.
