Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven personnel to join/lead our Operations and Process Excellence team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process design, re-engineering, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and program management. Incumbent will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and enhancing the overall customer experience through innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Visually monitoring 24/7 video monitoring & retail related processes
• Making sure there is no miss-outs with upmost determination & focus
• To detect and deter every attempted crime in the ATM, branches & retail 100% schedule adherence in rotational shift, week offs

• Good to have:           
• Both Verbal and written communication
• Regional language (advantage)

Minimum Qualifications:

• 12th
• 0-2 years of experience
