Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive with 1–3 years of FMCG experience to expand market presence and drive sales growth for BOROKA Beverages across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales in assigned territory
• Appoint and manage retailers and distributors
• Ensure primary and secondary sales targets are achieved
• Monitor stock levels and ensure continuous product availability
• Execute in-store promotions and visibility activities
• Develop strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable)
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG field sales (Beverages preferred)
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Target-oriented with good market understanding
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Two-wheeler with valid license mandatory
