Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Paytm
About the Role
We are looking for reliable and responsible Service Executives to join our Paytm team. Your primary responsibility will be to visit customer locations and replace Paytm Soundbox devices based on service requests or complaints.
This is a field-based role requiring good communication skills, accountability, and timely task completion.

🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer complaints related to Paytm Soundbox devices
- Replace, install, or service Soundbox units at customer locations
- Maintain accurate documentation of all service visits
- Ensure timely resolution and professional customer interaction
👤 Candidate Requirements
- Must own a bike for field visits
- Valid PAN Card
- Valid Aadhaar Card
- Basic understanding of field operations & customer service
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas
