Job Description: FMCG Sales Executive (Field Sales)

Company: KR Vishwanath Agarbathi Works, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FMCG Incense Sticks / Agarbathi sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed performance goals.
• Manage and grow the assigned territory’s customer base.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales effectively.
• Track sales activities, generate reports, and analyze sales data.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in agarbathi or related products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license (if travel is required).

Location: Bengaluru, Mysore, Hubli-Dharwad, Mangalore
