Hiring: Front Desk Executive (2 Positions)📍 Location: [Neelram Hospitality - Opposite Surathkal Junction]

🏢 Business: Eskay Food Corner & Neelram Hospitality

We are looking for 2 Front Desk Executives to join our growing businesses:

• 1 for Eskay Food Corner (Fast Food Joint)
• 1 for Neelram Hospitality (Lodging Business)

This is a client-facing role, so professionalism and people skills are non-negotiable.

• Preferred Candidate ProfileFemale candidate preferred
• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Kannada and/or Tulu knowledge is a plus, not mandatory
• Well-presented with strong conversation and interpersonal skills
• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers/guests professionally
• Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries confidently
• Manage bookings, orders, and basic front-desk operations
• Use ERP / hotel or billing software for daily entries
• Coordinate with internal staff for smooth operations
• Handle customer complaints politely and calmly (even the “I want to speak to the manager” types 😄)
• Maintain basic records, bills, and reports
• Basic computer knowledge (billing systems, ERP software, basic Excel)
• Strong telephonic etiquette
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
• Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented
