Housekeeping Staff

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in assigned areas. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for guests, residents, or staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors
• Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Change bed linens and make beds (if applicable)
• Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Report maintenance issues or damages to management
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies properly

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Physical stamina (ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods)
• Good communication skills
• Trustworthy and dependable

Working Conditions

• May require weekend, evening, or holiday shifts
• Physically demanding role
• Work may be in hotels, hospitals, offices, schools, or residential buildings
