Job Description
- Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
- Handle candidate and student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Maintain and update candidate and admission records, follow-up status, and basic MIS.
- Support student admission processes such as counselling coordination, enrolment, and onboarding when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth hiring and admission workflows.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and daily coordination activities.
