HR Recruiter

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
• Understand manpower requirements from different departments.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna), social media, and references.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback.
• Negotiate salary and finalize offers.
• Maintain recruitment database and trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Assist in onboarding formalities and documentation.
• Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment process.
• Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to handle bulk hiring (if required).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Negotiation skills.
• Qualification:Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers can apply if good communication skills).
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Immediate joiner preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
