Inside Sales Manager (B2B,CSR)


Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead and expand our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) partnerships. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and driving partnership-based revenue, preferably in CSR, education, or skill development sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify and map potential Government agencies, NGOs, CSR Foundations, Academic institutes and Schools in line with education and skill development and livelihood programs.
  • Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycle—from lead generation to final closure.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with CSR heads, corporate leaders, and key decision-makers.
  • Understand corporate CSR mandates and align them with company initiatives.
  • Manage and network with government agencies, especially municipal bodies, state skill development missions, industries departments, rural development agencies to engage with government and strengthening programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver and monitor CSR projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, pipeline, and conversions.


Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B sales (CSR/EdTech/NGO/Corporate partnerships preferred).
  • Strong understanding of CSR ecosystem, corporate partnerships, and fundraising processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed B2B sales targets.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to interact with senior leaders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
