The Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation activities across various technical disciplines including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The role ensures that all equipment and facilities are operating efficiently and safely.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failures and prolong the lifespan of systems.
• Install new equipment and systems as required.
• Upgrade existing systems to improve efficiency and performance.
• Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Prepare reports on equipment status and maintenance performed.
• Work closely with other technicians and maintenance staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, and other departments regarding maintenance issues and schedules.
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Requirements and Skills:

• Educational background: Diploma in Electrical or passed from ITI. 
• Location Flexible
• Work Exp: 2+ Years of Experience
