Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in field marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our range of industrial minerals, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in assigned regions.

• Key Responsibilities:Meet potential corporate clients daily and promote our range of products.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable product grades.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
• Prepare visit reports, client feedback, and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the internal team for sample dispatches, quotations, and order execution.
• Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Requirements:Minimum 1 Year of experience in field marketing or B2B sales (preferably in industrial or chemical sectors).
• Target-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in the local/native language is a must.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and market visits.
• Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Ability to work in a team environment and report effectively to superiors.
• Qualifications:Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, or related field preferred.

Salary:Commensurate with experience and performance (Incentive-based growth).
