Marketing Team Leader – Software Sales (South India)

Role Overview

• We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Leader who has a strong background in software product sales. The candidate will be responsible for building and managing a telesales team, driving lead generation, conducting product demos, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, train, and manage a team of telecallers (2–3 members initially)
• Plan and execute call-based marketing campaigns
• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
• Conduct online product demos (Zoom/Google Meet)
• Convert leads into paying customers
• Develop sales strategies for South India market
• Track team performance and achieve monthly targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in software/product sales
• Proven experience in handling telesales or inside sales team
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Experience in conducting online demos and closing deals
• Leadership mindset with team handling capability
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in SaaS / software product selling
• Prior experience managing telecallers
• Familiar with South India market (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu is a plus)
