Job Description of a Pastry Chef-

• Create and decorate cakes, pastries, and desserts with artistic designs and high attention to detail.
• Prepare batters, doughs, fillings, and frostings following standard recipes and quality guidelines.
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation for all bakery products.
• Customize cakes and pastries as per customer requirements and special occasions.
• Ensure all baking tools, equipment, and workstations are clean and well-maintained.
• Manage ingredient inventory and assist in ordering supplies when needed.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and storage standards at all times.
• Experiment with new recipes, flavors, and decoration techniques to enhance the menu.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order completion.
• Uphold brand aesthetics and creativity, contributing to the overall visual appeal of the display and product line.
