Receptionist / Front Office Executive

We are a Mangalore-based gaming and esports organization operating a professional gaming house and content-driven workspace. We are looking for a female receptionist aged 20–24 years for a full-time role to manage the front desk and support basic administrative operations. The role primarily involves welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls and inquiries, coordinating walk-ins and deliveries, maintaining basic records, and assisting with day-to-day admin tasks in a professional yet energetic environment. As part of our in-house setup, we also have a small food counter, and the receptionist may occasionally assist in overseeing basic counter coordination when required. The position requires good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a presentable, polite, and professional attitude; prior experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Our operations run daily, with working days and shift hours being flexible and finalized through mutual discussion.
