Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our retail team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate should have prior retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert walk-in customers into satisfied buyers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
• Handle billing coordination and ensure smooth order processing
• Follow up with customers for closures, feedback, and repeat business
• Maintain product displays and showroom visual standards
• Coordinate with the backend and installation teams when required
• Handle basic telecalling and lead follow-ups (if assigned)
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Desired Skills & Qualifications1–5 years of experience in retail sales (furniture, interiors, lifestyle, electronics, or similar preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented attitude with convincing ability
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, CRM is a plus)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Fluency in Kannada; English/Hindi is an added advantage
